Representaciones sociales sobre la educación sexual en la escuela media

RESUMEN

Se trata de una investigación cualitativa de carácter exploratorio.
El objeto de estudio son las representaciones sociales de educación sexual en docentes jóvenes de entre 20 y 30 años, de ambos sexos, que desarrollan sus tareas en escuelas públicas de nivel medio de la localidad de Quilmes.
A partir de 20 entrevistas en profundidad, se trabajó con los discursos docentes buscando reconstruir colectivamente las representaciones sociales, y analizar su relación con las prácticas en torno al Programa de Educación Sexual.
Se indagaron contenidos y discursos en educación sexual y las dimensiones que desde las prácticas se entrelazan en esa construcción.
Los resultados muestran una fuerte relación entre el sujeto de la representación en tanto formador en sexualidad, y su construcción identitaria.
Insiste la themata Referente / Par materializada en la distancia o cercanía en la relación docente-estudiantes-contenido a enseñar, al abordar la sexualidad dentro del espacio escolar.

ABSTRACT

Social Representations on Sexual education in middle school

This is an exploratory qualitative research. The object of study is the social representations of sexual education in young teachers, ages between 20 and 30 years old, of both sexes, who perform their duties in government middle schools of the city of Quilmes.
We worked with teachers´ discourse in 20 interviews, to know social representations, and analyze their relationship with practices about Sexual Education Program.
We inquire the discourse content about sexual education and the influence on the practices.
The results show a strong relationship between the subject of the social representation as a trainer in sexuality, and his identity construction.
The Referent / Par themata is being materialized in the distance or closeness between the relationship of the teacher-student-teaching context, approaching sexuality within the school space.
