RESUMEN

Este trabajo se propone indagar específicamente sobre la noción de dignidad que subyace a la Declaración de los Derechos del Hombre y el Ciudadano y la Declaración Universal de los Derechos del Hombre desde la perspectiva de Kant y Habermas. La razón de ello, y que sirve como justificación del artículo presente, es señalar que el ejercicio de los derechos en el campo de la salud mental actual, la dignidad constituye el fundamento irrebasable para los usuarios de los equipos de salud.

ABSTRACT

Dignity in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1789 and its foundation from Kant and Habermas philosophical background in the field of mental health

This paper proposes to investigate specifically the notion of dignity that underlies the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights from the perspective of Kant and Habermas. The reason for this, and it serves as a justification of this article is to point out that the exercise of rights in the field of current mental health, dignity is the foundation unsurpassable for users of health teams.
