Apego. Juego. Constitución subjetiva. Estudio exploratorio sobre la función del juego y su relación con el ejercicio de la parentalidad y el trabajo docente

RESUMEN

Este trabajo surge en el marco del Proyecto de Investigación UBACyT, programación científica 2018-2021, Tipo de apego, actitudes hacia el juego infantil y parentalidad que se articula con el Programa de Extensión Universitaria de la Facultad de Psicología, Universidad de Buenos Aires, Juegotecas Barriales. El objetivo es comunicar resultados obtenidos en dos estudios exploratorios: el primero, a madres y padres de niñas y niños entre 3 y 5 años -sobre formas de ejercer la parentalidad y actitudes hacia el juego infantil- y el segundo, a docentes de instituciones educativas -sobre el juego infantil, sus funciones y las impresiones actuales que tienen de la actividad lúdica en sus alumnos. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo, analizamos las respuestas brindadas por madres y padres a un cuestionario sobre actitudes, creencias, valores e información; como así también las entrevistas semi-dirigidas a docentes. Los resultados obtenidos dan cuenta de la relevancia que adquiere la actividad lúdica y la presencia y disponibilidad de los otros significativos para la constitución subjetiva de cada niña y niño. Dicha información resulta valiosa para nuestro trabajo como psicólogos en contextos comunitarios, en tanto se trata de espacios donde se requiere de orientación profesional promoviendo propuestas que faciliten un desarrollo infantil saludable.

ABSTRACT

Attachment. Play. Subjective constitution. Exploratory study on the role of play and its relationship with parenting and teaching work.

Thispaperarises within the framework of the UBACyT Research Project, scientific programming 2018-2021, named Tipo de apego, actitudes hacia el juego infantil y parentalidad [Type of attachment, attitudes towards child play and parenting] that isarticulatedalongwiththeUniversityExtensionProgramnamed Juegotecas Barriales, fromtheSchool of Psychology of theUniversity of Buenos Aires.The objective is to communicate results obtained in two exploratory studies: the first, made to mothers and fathers of girls and boys between 3 and 5 years old – about ways of exercising parenting and attitudes towards children´s play - and the second one, to teachers of educational institutions -about children´s play, its functions and the current impressions they have of playful activity on their own students. To accomplish the objective, we analyze the answers provided by mothers and fathers to a questionnaire about attitudes, beliefs, values and information; as well as the semi-directed interviews we realized to the teachers. The results obtained show the relevance that playful activity acquires and the presence and availability of significant others for the subjective constitution of each girl and boy. This information is valuable for our work as psychologists in community contexts, because it is about spaces where professional guidance is required promoting proposals that facilitate healthy child development.
