RESUMEN

El presente trabajo se propone informar los resultados alcanzados en el proyecto de investigación UCAECE (2018-2019): “Los modos de enseñar en el nivel secundario de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Cambios y permanencias en los formatos de clases escolares en escuelas secundarias, en el período 2011 – 2018”. Partimos de la pregunta ¿qué sucede con las configuraciones de clase, es decir, con las formas de enseñar y aprender en tiempos de reforma?. El período analizado resulta de especial interés ya que se encuentra atravesado por la implementación de la Nueva Escuela Secundaria, y posteriormente, la Secundaria del Futuro. En efecto, fueron entrevistados 15 alumnos y 14 profesores, el testimonio directo de aquellos que habitaron las aulas en ese lapso de tiempo, nos ha facilitado un conocimiento situado. También, se analizaron los marcos normativos elaborados por el Ministerio de Educación para mejorar la práctica docente.

ABSTRACT

The reform of the secondary school in the City of Buenos Aires during the last decade. Voices of teachers and students from the classroom

The present work sets out to report the results achieved in the UCAECE research project: “The ways of teaching at the secondary level in the City of Buenos Aires. Changes and permanence in the formats of school classes in secondary schools, in the period 2011-2018 ”. In this way, we start from the question: what happens to class configurations, that is, to the ways of teaching and learning in times of reform? The period analyzed is of special interest since it is undergoing the implementation of the New Secondary School, and later, the Secondary School of the Future. Indeed, 15 students and 14 teachers who went through secondary schools were interviewed, the direct testimony of those who lived in the classrooms in that period of time, has provided us with situated knowledge. Also, the regulatory frameworks prepared by the Ministry of Education to improve teaching practice were analyzed.
