La voz, el padre y la ley

RESUMEN

El presente trabajo se enmarca en el proyecto de investigación UBACyT 2018-2021: “Génesis, delimitación y transformaciones del concepto de goce en la obra de J. Lacan”, dirigido por Pablo D. Muñoz. En este texto nos propondremos abordar la función del objeto voz como soporte del deseo del Otro, ligada a la constitución subjetiva. Con este objetivo, partiremos de situar al padre como transmisor del deseo y de la ley para dar cuenta de la operatoria de la voz en la dimensión invocante de la ley. Por otra parte, intentaremos cernir, con la operación de incorporación de la voz, aquella identificación con el padre que de ella se deduce.

ABSTRACT

The voice, the father and the law

This work is part of the UBACyT 2018-2021 research project: “Genesis, delimitation and transformations of the concept of enjoyment in the work of J. Lacan”, directed by Pablo D. Muñoz. In this text we will propose to address the function of the voice object as a support for the desire of the Other, linked to the subjective constitution. With this objective, we will start from situating the father as a transmitter of desire and law to account for the operation of the voice in the invoking dimension of the law. On the other hand, we will try to sift, with the voice incorporation operation, that identification with the father that is deduced from it.
