Variantes clínicas del juicio adverso. Estudio de dos casos

RESUMEN

El presente trabajo se inscribe en el marco del Proyecto UBACyT vigente: “Variaciones en la posición judicativa del analizante. Estudio de casos en el Servicio de Clínica psicológica de Adultos en Avellaneda”, dirigido por el Dr. Gabriel Lombardi. Nos proponemos explorar el análisis como campo de variación en la actividad judicativa, el juicio, que, aunque tan frecuente en el ser hablante, no por eso es fácil de hallar entre los objetos de estudio en la investigación psicoanalítica. El juicio como posición se deja oír en los síntomas e incluso en otras formaciones de lo inconsciente, hasta alcanzar el umbral del Kern unseres Wesen, el “núcleo de nuestro ser” del que habló Freud (1900, p.593). De los índices afectivos del sujeto ante el deseo trató el Proyecto de Investigación anterior. Ahora, consideramos que el psicoanálisis no consiste en un proceso judicativo, sino en un análisis de las posiciones judicativas tomadas en base a equívocos y cercenamientos que impiden al ser hablante tomar posición en relación con su deseo. Partimos entonces, de la hipótesis de que neurosis, perversiones y psicosis se basan en equívocos del juicio en cuanto a la persona gramatical, y que la cura analítica no es sin una exploración, despliegue y eventual resolución de tales equívocos. La metodología del Proyecto es de tipo cuali-cuantitativa y consiste en una revisión bibliográfica del estado del arte en el tema, la elaboración de herramientas epistémico-conceptuales y de indicadores para la lectura de historias clínicas del Servicio de Atención Clínica vinculado al Proyecto. A los fines de este escrito, nos limitaremos a un abordaje en detalle de tipo cualitativo de dos viñetas extraídas de la práctica del Servicio.

ABSTRACT

Clinical variants of adverse judgment. Two-case study

This work is part of the current UBACyT Project: “Variations in the analysand’s judicial position. Case study in the Adult Psychological Clinic Service in Avellaneda”, directed by Dr. Gabriel Lombardi. We propose to explore analysis as a field of variation in judicial activity, judgment, which, although so frequent in the speaking being, is not for that reason easy to find among the objects of study in psychoanalytic research. The judgment as position makes itself heard in the symptoms and even in other formations of the unconscious, until reaching the threshold of the Kern unseres Wesen, the “core of our being” of which Freud spoke (1900, p.593). The previous Research Project dealt with the affective indices of the subject before the desire. Now, we consider that psychoanalysis does not consist of a judgmental process, but rather an analysis of judgmental positions taken on the basis of misunderstandings and limitations that prevent the speaking being from taking a position in relation to their desire. We start then from the hypothesis that neurosis, perversions and psychosis are based on mistakes in judgment regarding the grammatical person, and that the analytic cure is not without an exploration, deployment and eventual resolution of such mistakes. The methodology of the Project is quali-quantitative and consists of a bibliographic review of the state of the art on the subject, the development of epistemic-conceptual tools and indicators for reading the clinical records of the Clinical Care Service linked to the Project. For the purposes of this writing, we will limit ourselves to a detailed qualitative approach to two vignettes drawn from the practice of the Service.
