RESUMEN

La complejidad de la clínica actual nos exige soltura para su abordaje, a la vez que rigurosidad teórica a la hora de repensar los problemas que plantea. Las patologías llamadas “contemporáneas”, por su prevalencia en la actualidad son, en muchas ocasiones y coherentemente con la dispersión de la época, manifestaciones del desenganche del Otro. La función de las instituciones y el lugar del psicoanálisis en ellas como agentes de una política de abordaje de estas problemáticas es lo que se examina en el texto.

Approaches to drug addiction. The place of the psychoanalyst in treatment institutions

The complexity of the current clinic requires us a fluid approach, as well as theoretical rigor when it comes to revisit the problems it poses. The so-called “contemporary” pathologies due to their prevalence today are, on many occasions and consistent with the dispersion of the time, manifestations of the disengagement with the Other. The function of institutions and the place of psychoanalysis in them as agents of a policy to address these problems is what is examined in the text.
