De la culpa al juicio: dos variaciones en la posición judicativa del analizante

RESUMEN

El presente artículo se inscribe en el marco de la investigación UBACyT “Variaciones en la posición judicativa del analizante. Estudio de casos en el Servicio de Clínica psicológica de Adultos en Avellaneda”. La culpa se presenta como un gran escollo en todo análisis, sin importar la estructura clínica en juego. Igualmente, el juicio y sus variaciones, en tanto expresión ética del sujeto en su relación al Otro, resulta ineludible en la dirección de la cura. Estas dos variables, culpa y juicio, son articuladas para proponer dos variaciones en la posición judicativa del analizante: de la culpa a la suspensión del juicio, vía la transferencia; y de la suspensión del juicio al juicio/acto, vía la construcción del fantasma. Finalmente, la destitución subjetiva se plantea en relación a la inocencia como un tratamiento de la culpa en el análisis.

ABSTRACT

From guilt to judgment: two variations in the judicial position of the analysand

This article is part of the UBACyT research “Variations in the analysand’s judicial position. Case study in the Adult Psychological Clinic Service in Avellaneda”. Guilt appears as a great complication in any analysis, regardless of the clinical structure involved. Likewise, the judgment and its variations, as an ethical expression of the subject in its relationship to the Other, is unavoidable in the direction of the cure. These two variables, guilt and judgment, are articulated to propose two variations in the analysand’s judicial position: from guilt to suspension of the trial, via transfer; and from the suspension of the trial to the trial/act, via the construction of the phantom. Finally, subjective dismissal arises in relation to innocence as a treatment of guilt in the analysis.
