Zona Sanitaria Interfronteriza: Discursos y Prácticas de Los Actores Sociales en Salud de la Triple Frontera. (Argentina - Brasil - Paraguay)

RESUMEN

El objetivo del presente estudio es rastrear las ideas, opiniones y prácticas de actores con relación a la integración sanitaria en la zona de Frontera entre Misiones (Argentina), Paraguay y Brasil. Se analizaron para ello las Políticas de Integración Regional (Mercosur) y el discurso de los actores sociales en salud de la zona de frontera. Metodología: Realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas con énfasis en el análisis temático de discurso a informantes claves y análisis documental de campo. Conclusiones: La posibilidad de efectivizar una zona sanitaria interfronteriza no constituye un tema de agenda para los actores sociales en salud de la zona fronteriza de Misiones. Algunos elementos de esta idea se plasman en acuerdos pero ninguno de ellos se efectiviza realmente.

ABSTRACT

Health Actions in An Interborder Area: the Discourse and the Practices of the Local Social Players About To Integration of Missions, (Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil)

The purpose of this paper is to trace the discourse and the practices of the local social players about to integration health actions in an interborder area of Missions, (Argentina), Paraguay and Brazil. The regional integration policies (MERCOSUR) that are being developed are taken as a framework for this study. The discourse of the national and regional social players who interact in the health care sector of the area has been analysed. Methodology: interviews to the key players focusing on the discourse analysis, and documents analyses in the field have been done. Conclusion: the possibility to create a health care interborder area is not a theme in the agenda of the social players of the border zone of Missions. The ideas that were taken from the discourses are another obstacle for the creation of an interborder health care area, and they show conflicts with deep historic roots.
