RESUMEN
Abordar el sufrimiento psicoanalíticamente implica responder una pregunta práctica ¿Cómo, vía la dialéctica con el Otro, hacer de lo tóxico del síntoma un punto de singularidad con el cuál el paciente pueda arreglárselas? Cuando esa consulta la plantea alguien que consume drogas esa toxicidad encontró eco en objetos del mundo, lo que proporciona problemas particulares para encontrar la respuesta. Esa complejidad hace que muchas veces se apele a distintos abordajes de tratamiento, en los que el analista puede a veces dirigir el tratamiento y otras, como “objeto nómada”, encontrar un lugar para intervenir. Esos distintos abordajes pueden servir como momento en esa dialéctica orientada a la producción de ese punto de singularidad. Nos proponemos retomar los desarrollos de un trabajo anterior, realizando una crítica para cada abordaje para facilitar la consideración del lugar que un analista podría tener allí y destacar el valor del discurso analítico en la orientación de las curas.

Clinical approaches to drug addiction II. Diferent treatment approaches.
Approaching suffering psychoanalytically implies answering a practical question: How to make - using the dialectic with the Other - the toxicity of the symptom a point of singularity with which the patient can cope? When this question is posed by someone who consumes drugs, this toxicity is echoed in objects of the world, which provides particular problems to find the answer. This complexity often leads to the use of different treatment approaches, in which the analyst can sometimes direct the treatment and sometimes, as a “nomadic object”, find a place to intervene. These different approaches may serve as a moment in the dialectic oriented to the production of that point of singularity. We propose to take up again the developments of a previous work, making a critique for each approach in order to facilitate the consideration of the place that an analyst could have there and to highlight the value of the analytic discourse in the orientation of the cures.
