RESUMEN
El siguiente artículo propone visibilizar las vicisitudes y problemáticas que enfrenta el psicoanálisis, puntualizando en su exclusión institucional y la falta de formación. Dichos fenómenos permanecen frecuentemente bajo el velo del secreto, rechazo o anonimato. Sin embargo, es esencial preguntarse: ¿qué sucedería si estas problemáticas salieran a la luz, brindando la visibilidad que merecen? El objetivo del siguiente escrito es dar cuenta de las dificultades que a menudo se mantienen en silencio, especificando las vicisitudes que surgen en el tratamiento de la esquizofrenia, el rechazo y descalificación del psicoanálisis en las instituciones y la falta de recursos. Asimismo, se busca analizar cómo, a pesar de las limitaciones institucionales, la clínica psicoanalítica puede insertarse para ofrecer un tratamiento que no reduzca al sujeto a un diagnóstico biológico, privilegiando la escucha de su singularidad y alojando su discurso. Proponiendo una reflexión crítica sobre el lugar que ocupa en psicoanálisis en el tratamiento de la esquizofrenia, enfatizando las consecuencias clínicas y éticas de la exclusión institucional. A partir de la revisión teórica y clínica, se analizan las condiciones que han obstaculizado una escucha de la singularidad en el sujeto psicótico.

SUMMARY
This article aims to shed light on the challenges and difficulties faced by psychoanalysis, with particular emphasis on its institutional exclusion and the lack of professional training in this field. These issues often remain hidden under a veil of secrecy, rejection, or anonymity. However, it is essential to ask: what would happen if these problems were brought to light and given the visibility they deserve? The objective of this paper is to account for the difficulties that frequently remain unspoken, specifically the challenges that arise in the treatment of schizophrenia, the rejection and disqualification of psychoanalysis within institutions, and the lack of resources. Furthermore, it seeks to analyze how, despite institutional limitations, psychoanalytic practice can be integrated into clinical settings to offer a treatment that does not reduce the subject to a biological diagnosis, but rather privileges the listening to their singularity and provides a space for their discourse. It also proposes a critical reflection on the place of psychoanalysis in the treatment of schizophrenia, emphasizing the clinical and ethical consequences of institutional exclusion. Based on a theoretical and clinical review, the article examines the conditions that have hindered an approach centered on listening to the singularity of the psychotic subject.
