RESUMEN
Este trabajo se enmarca en el contexto de una investigación UBACYT dedicada a indagar el vínculo entre síntoma, creación y lazo social en la última enseñanza de Lacan. En ensayos anteriores hemos estudiado la relación de diferentes artistas con su síntoma bajo la hipótesis de que el arte puede realizar una operación sobre este último. En esta ocasión nos centraremos en la vida y obra de Jackson Pollock con el objetivo de reflejar de qué modo se verifica nuevamente este paradigma: la homología estructural entre el síntoma y el saber hacer que Lacan señala en relación a los vínculos entre síntoma y creación.

ABSTRACT
Symptom and know-how in Jackson Pollock: the detail in the style or the style in the detail.
This work is framed in the context of a UBACYT investigation dedicated to investigating the link between symptom, creation and social bond in Lacan’s latest teaching. In previous essays we have studied the relationship of different artists with their symptom under the hypothesis that art can perform an operation on the latter. On this occasion we will focus on the life and work of Jackson Pollock with the aim of reflecting on how this paradigm is verified again: the structural homology between the symptom and the knowhow that Lacan points out in relation to the links between symptom and creation.
