RESUMEN
Este artículo aborda el caso de maltrato, abuso sexual y posterior homicidio de un niño de cinco años de edad ocurrido a manos de su madre y la pareja de ésta. El estudio avanza sobre el análisis de la violencia ejercida contra el niño a nivel físico psicológico y sexual tomando como fuente secundaria la sentencia condenatoria de las autoras de los delitos. Se conceptualiza el maltrato, abuso sexual y el homicidio del niño en torno de la puesta en acto del fantasma de castigo y el goce que éste aporta tanto a la genitora como a su novia. La discusión gira en torno de algunos argumentos contemporáneos vinculados a la perspectiva de género. Se establece la importancia de considerar la dimensión de rehusamiento de la maternidad y el odio de género más allá de cualquier ideología. Se acentúa no obstante el goce del castigo del niño como núcleo central de las violencias elucidadas.

ABSTRACT
A punished child. Torture, outrage and death of a five-year-old child.
This article deals with the case of mistreatment, sexual abuse and subsequent homicide of a five-year-old boy by his mother and her partner. The study advances on the analysis of the violence exercised against the child at the physical, psychological and sexual levels, taking as a secondary source the conviction of the perpetrators of the crimes. The mistreatment, sexual abuse and homicide of the child are conceptualized around the implementation of the phantasm of punishment and the enjoyment it brings to both the perpetrator and her girlfriend. The discussion revolves around some contemporary arguments linked to the gender perspective. The importance of considering the refusal dimension of motherhood and gender hatred beyond any ideology is established. However, the enjoyment of the child’s punishment is emphasized as the central core of the elucidated violence.
