Estructura y economía del filicidio

RESUMEN

Este artículo inscribe inicialmente la temática en el campo de la investigación que se viene desarrollando en torno del crimen y su función en la estructura subjetiva. En ese marco, introduce la pregunta por el filicidio dentro de la lógica con la que se aborda actualmente el tema en torno de las variables de estructura y época. A partir de allí, realiza una reseña sobre el tema con el objetivo de dar cuenta del estado actual del conocimiento respecto del fenómeno filicida. Luego de ello, sitúa el área de vacancia que da pie a la pregunta fundamental que ordena el trabajo de la presente línea de investigación. Se recorta así la pregunta por la estructura y economía del filicidio, problema en torno del cual, la perspectiva lacaniana orienta el diálogo con la Criminología con miras a situar otra arista del fenómeno criminal.

ABSTRACT

Structure and economics of filicide

This article initially inscribes the subject matter in the field of research that is being developed around crime and its function in the subjective structure. Within this framework, it introduces the question of filicide within the logic with which the subject is currently approached around the variables of structure and epoch. From there, he reviews the subject in order to give an account of the current state of knowledge on the phenomenon of filicide. After that, it locates the area of vacancy that gives rise to the fundamental question that orders the work of the present line of research. Thus, the question of the structure and economy of filicide, a problem around which the Lacanian perspective orients the dialogue with Criminology in order to situate another aspect of the criminal phenomenon.
