Apropiación de Niños y Filiación Falsificada: Implicancias Éticas y Subjetivas. Segunda parte.

Resumen:
La vulneración de la filiación y, por lo tanto, de la identidad es un estrago mundial. Ya sea por la trata de personas, el tráfico de niños o la indocumentación de los mismos. En nuestro país pueden diferenciarse claramente dos modalidades de dicha violación a la identidad: la apropiación de niños y lo que llamamos filiación falsificada. La primera corresponde al accionar propio del terrorismo de Estado en pos de ?reorganizar? la sociedad y los ?cuerpos a dicho orden?, acorde a los valores morales impuestos en ese entonces, con el fin de evitar la ?transmisión de la subversión?; la segunda, se refiere a aquellos casos de filiación falsificada, en donde la identidad ha sido tergiversada sin incidencia del Estado terrorista, pero el recién nacido ha sido anotado como hijo propio de aquellos de quién no lo son y lo criaron como tal. Ambos casos tienen puntos de coincidencia como ser el querer volverlos otros y de disyunción: la ilegalidad de un estado terrorista y, se vuelve necesario, dado las consultas recibidas en el Centro de Atención por el Derecho a la Identidad de Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo, que sostiene en su búsqueda el lema si dudas de tu identidad consúltanos, poder ubicar un modo de tratamiento posible, para ambos casos, con el objeto de revertir los efectos que esa transgresión al orden de parentesco y al sistema filiatorio ha producido en los cuerpos por medio de un decir que hace acontecimiento de cuerpo. Marca contingente del goce del otro, un decir paterno que nomina proveyendo identidad y marcando un cuerpo con su decir.En continuidad con el proyecto anterior este proyecto va a avanzar sobre algunas cuestiones abiertas a partir de lo ya trabajado; nos interesa profundizar en esta segunda parte en relación con la nominación puesta en juego en cada uno de este tipo de filiaciones y como ese decir hace cuerpo. Resumen del proyecto (inglés):
The violation of the filiation and, therefore, of the identity is a global damage. Whether it is people trafficking, children trafficking or undocumented persons.In our country two forms of identity violation can be clearly distinguished: the appropriation of children and what we call falsified filiation. The first corresponds to the action of State terrorism in order to "reorganize" society and "bodies to that order," according to the moral values imposed at the time, in order to avoid the? transmission of subversion?; the second refers to those cases of falsified filiation, where the identity has been misrepresented without incident of the terrorist state, but the newborn has been noted as the child of those who are not and have been raised as such.Both cases have points of coincidence and disjunction, and it becomes necessary, given the consultations received at the Center of Attention for the Right to Identity of Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo, which supports in its search the motto "if you doubt about your identity contact us" , to locate a possible mode of treatment for both cases in order to reverse the effects that this transgression to the order of kinship and the filiatory system has produced in the bodies by means of a saying that makes a body event. Contingent mark of the enjoyment of the other, a paternal saying that nominates providing identity and marking a body with his saying.In continuity with the previous project, this project will advance on some open questions from what has already been worked on; we are interested in going through in this second part in the relationship with the nomination put into play in each of this type of affiliations and how that saying makes a body.
