Resumen:
Esta investigación se realizará a partir de un estudio cualitativo de caso. Se tomará para esto como referentes diferentes crímenes cuyo registro provenga del campo clínico, criminológico, judicial o policial y que impliquen cada uno, la realización de alguna modalidad delictual. Los casos serán construidos a partir de los registros de entrevistas, la revisión de expedientes, la documentación histórica, la producción cultural de cine y televisión y la producción bibliográfica. El tipo de diseño de esta investigación será de carácter descriptivo e interpretativo. Las categorías de investigación serán de exclusivo alcance cualitativo, al tiempo que los procedimientos consistirán en la continua articulación entre el dato empírico (constituido por el caso en su referencia clínica, criminológica, judicial y/o policial) y la producción teórica.El objeto de esta investigación gira en torno de la pregunta por las posibles funciones del crimen a nivel de la economía libidinal. Alrededor de este problema, se desarrollarán algunas líneas de trabajo a modo de conjeturas. Así será posible recortar dos variables complejas cuyas dimensiones se habrá de especificar en el desarrollo del proyecto. A saber: 1) Variable: temporalidad de la acción criminal. Es posible especificarla en dos dimensiones: conclusiva y suspensiva. En esta línea de trabajo se avanzará en la construcción de casos en los que sea posible identificar los dos polos del continuo: la lógica conclusiva y la lógica suspensiva del crimen. 2) Variable: contabilidad del goce en la acción criminal. Es posible especificarla en dos dimensiones: pérdida (menos), ganancia (más) implicada en la acción criminal. En esta otra línea de trabajo se avanzará en la construcción de casos en los que sea posible identificar los dos polos de este continuo: la lógica regulatoria por la vía del menos y la lógica de laobtención o ganancia -el plus de goce. Por ambas vías, el curso de la investigación intentará abordar desde diferentes aristas la pregunta por las funciones posibles que el crimen pueda tener en la economía de un sujeto que transgrede la normativa jurídica. La relevancia de dicho proyecto estará dada por la importancia que entraña la identificación de las funciones que el crimen pueda tener dentro de una estructura subjetiva dada, de cara a pensar operaciones posibles en relación con cada subjetividad criminal.

This research will be carried out based on a qualitative case study. For this purpose, different crimes whose registration comes from the clinical, criminological, judicial or police fields and which imply each one, the performance of some criminal modality, will be taken as references.The cases will be constructed from the interview records, the review of files, the historical documentation, the cultural production of film and television and the bibliographic production.The type of design of this research will be of a descriptive and interpretative nature. The research categories will be of exclusive qualitative scope, while the procedures will consist in the continuous articulation between the empirical data (constituted by the case in its clinical, criminological, judicial and / or police reference) and the theoretical production.The purpose of this investigation revolves around the question of the possible functions of crime at the level of the libidinal economy. Around this problem, some lines of work will be developed by way of conjecture.This way it will be possible to cut two complex variables whose dimensions will be specified in the development of the project. Namely: 1) Variable: temporality of the criminal action. It is possible to specify it in two dimensions: conclusive and suspensive. In this line of work progress will be made in the construction of cases in which it is possible to identify the two poles of the continuum: the conclusive logic and the logical suspension of the crime. 2) Variable: accounting of enjoyment in criminal action. It is possible to specify it in two dimensions: loss (less), gain (more) involved in the criminal action. In this other line of work progress will be made in the construction of cases in which it is possible to identify the two poles of this continuum: the regulatory logic by way of the least and the logic of obtaining or gain - the plus of enjoyment.By both means, the course of the investigation will try to approach from different edges the question by the possible functions that the crime can have in the economy of a subject that transgresses the juridical norm.The relevance of this project will be given by the importance that involves the identification of the functions that the crime may have within a given subjective structure, in order to think possible operations in relation to each criminal subjectivity.
