RESUMEN
El presente trabajo se propone a través de la presentación de un caso visibilizar cuestiones centrales del trabajo de Psicólogos-as y otros agentes educativos en escuelas ante una urgencia institucional por violencia intra- familiar, como parte del material de una investigación de sus prácticas en el espacio educativo. Interrogaremos allí una serie de cuestiones teóricas, que interpelan la función y la posición profesional en términos de ética y responsabilidad desde el marco teórico del Psicoanálisis en perspectiva transdisciplinaria orientada a los problemas escolares en el contexto actual. Se ponen en debate criterios de intervención protocolares y burocratizantes en las instituciones articulando de manera situada conceptos cruciales como síntoma social, institucional y subjetivo, transferencia, ética, entre otros.

SUMMARY
This article proposes, through the presentation of a case, to make visible central issues of the work of Psychologists and other educational agents in the institutional context of the school in the face of an institutional emergency due to intra-family violence, as part of the material from an investigation of their practices in the school space. We will interrogate a series of theoretical questions there, which question the function and professional position in terms of ethics and responsibility from the theoretical framework of Psychoanalysis in a transdisciplinary perspective oriented to school problems in the current context. Protocol and bureaucratic intervention criteria in schools are debated, articulating in a situated way, among other concepts, social, institutional, and subjective symptom, transfer, ethics.
