RESUMEN
En este trabajo abordamos nuevos desarrollos conceptuales sobre el tema del sujeto de la ciencia moderna desde la perspectiva psicoanalítica. Nos interesa situar la estructura no-toda y la ruptura con la certeza y el imaginario Uno unificante, ideas nodales en el pensamiento de Lacan, en algunas de las principales articulaciones de saber de la mecánica clásica post-newtoniana. Para tal fin primero nos centramos en la figura de Laplace, quien es considerado el máximo exponente de la visión determinista a lo largo del siglo XVIII, e intentaremos ubicar la concepción probabilista y la imposibilidad de lograr la sutura del sujeto. Luego destacamos que aproximadamente a mediados del siglo XIX surgieron ciertos fenómenos que indicaban, nítidamente, fracturas en la causalidad mecanicista y quiebre con la certeza. Finalmente, resaltamos que en el último tercio de dicho siglo la conformación de un saber no-completo también fue advertida, claramente, por varios de los principales referentes científicos de Freud.

SUMMARY
This work begins with new conceptual develops about the subject of the modern science from the psychoanalytic perspective. We are interested in placing the whole structure and the rupture with the certainty and the imaginary unifying one, important ideas thought of Lacan, in some of the main articulations of knowledge of the classic post-newtonian mechanic. In order to do that first we focus in Laplace, who is considered the maximum exponent of the determinist vision during the XVIII century, and we will try to place the probabilistic conception and the impossibility of getting the suture of the subject. Then we stand up that approximately in the middle of the XIX century certain phenomena appeared that indicated, clearly, fractures in the mechanistic causality, and a break with the certainty. Finally, we highlight that in the last third part of the XIX century the formation of an incomplete knowledge was also noticed by several authors that were among the main Freud´s scientific referent.
