El MNER géneros: “Ni una trabajadora menos”

RESUMEN

Se presentan resultados parciales de la investigación “Modalidades de liderazgo en los movimientos y organizaciones sociales que resisten la exclusión en Argentina: tensiones entre las reivindicaciones y la política”, de la Programación Científica UBACyT 2018. En uno de los casos estudiados, el del Movimiento Nacional de Empresas Recuperadas, se atiende a la emergencia de mujeres trabajadoras que proponen ocuparse de la dimensión géneros, analizando sus características distintivas. Se trata de una investigación colaborativa entre el equipo de investigación y los protagonistas, con diseño flexible y partícipe, que instrumenta la Investigación-Participativa y administra el método cualitativo, mediante técnicas también cualitativas. A partir de entrevistas y observaciones realizadas, se proponen cuatro categorías de análisis: 1) la conformación del colectivo MNER Géneros; 2) la problemática del machismo dentro del Movimiento; 3) el lugar de las trabajadoras como sostén de familia; 4) la no identificación del MNER Géneros con el colectivo “Ni una menos”.

ABSTRACT

The argentinian gender movement, MNER, (National Movement for Recovered Companies). “not even one less working woman”

Partial results of the research “Leadership modalities in social movements and organizations that resist exclusion in Argentina: tensions between demands and politics”, of the 2018 UBACyT Scientific Program, are presented. In one of the cases studied, that of the National Movement of Recovered Companies, addresses the emergency of working women who propose to deal with the gender dimension, analyzing their distinctive characteristics. It is a collaborative investigation between the research team and the protagonists, with a flexible and participatory design, which implements Participatory-Research and manages the qualitative method, using qualitative techniques as well. Based on interviews and observations carried out, four categories of analysis are proposed: 1) the conformation of the collective MNER Genres; 2) the problem of macho culture within the Movement; 3) the place of female workers as breadwinners; 4) the non-identification of the MNER Genres with the group “Not one less”.
